They both provide access to the same library of content, the only difference is how you pay for your downloads.
1) Pay As You Go: No Annual Fee. Each clip is .99 to download. Downloads remain available to you, in your personal video library, for one year from your original sign up date.
2) Explorer Level: $19.95 Annual Fee: Unlimited free access to all of the video content on our system. Downloads remain available to you, in your personal video library, for one year from your original sign up date.
